Sales teams reviewing calls and writing follow-ups.

The problem

The follow-up email is written from memory hours later, and the objection that actually mattered gets softened.

  • The follow-up email is written from memory three calls later
  • The real objection gets softened by the time it reaches the CRM
  • Call reviews rely on what the rep remembers, not on what was said

What changes

Every call transcribed and summarised, so follow-ups quote what the buyer said and reviews use evidence.

  • Follow-ups written from the actual call
  • Objections captured in the buyer’s own words
  • Call reviews based on transcript, not recall

What matters here

  • Summaries with next steps

What was promised, by whom, and by when — pulled out of the call automatically.

  • Speaker separation

Who said what on a multi-person call, which is what makes a review useful.

  • API for your CRM

Push transcripts into your own systems from the Pro plan up.

Sales: common questions

Can this push transcripts into our CRM?

Through the API, from the Pro plan up — you get structured JSON and route it wherever you like. There is no one-click CRM integration yet, and we will not imply otherwise.

Does it work on phone calls, not just video meetings?

Yes, though telephone audio is narrowband by design, so accuracy is lower than a video call. That is the line quality, not the engine.

Do we need consent to record sales calls?

Almost certainly, and it varies by jurisdiction — some require all parties to agree. That obligation is yours; we simply make the bot visible when it joins.
