Who we are
NUMU PRO provides transcription of audio and video recordings. The operating entity and its registered address will be named here before launch. For any privacy question, write to hello@numupro.com.
What we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication details.
- Uploaded content — the audio and video files you send for processing, and the transcripts produced from them.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical data — logs needed to operate the service and investigate faults.
What we never do
We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train models. This applies on every plan, including the free one. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your content with third parties except the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the service.
Where data is processed
Processing and storage take place within the European Union under the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request — see the DPA page.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files and transcripts are kept while your account is active, so you can return to them. You can delete any individual file at any time, and deleting your account removes your content, source recordings included. Enterprise customers can set custom retention, including immediate deletion after processing.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@numupro.com and we will respond within the statutory period.
Recording other people
You are responsible for having the right to upload a recording. In many jurisdictions recording a conversation requires informing or obtaining consent from every participant. Our meeting bot appears in the participant list deliberately, but the legal obligation remains yours.
