How we work
- Small team, whole problems. You own an area end to end rather than a slice of a ticket.
- Speech and audio are hard. Diarization, noisy recordings, and long files are genuinely difficult engineering, not glue code around an API.
- We say what the product cannot do. That standard applies internally too — bad news travels first here.
