Service status
Uptime and incident history for the service.
Not live yet. The status page starts reporting when the service opens to users. Publishing green ticks for systems nobody is using would be theatre, so this page stays honest until there is something real to report.
What will be monitored
- Transcription pipeline — file processing and queue times.
- API — availability and response times of the public endpoints.
- Meeting bot — ability to join Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls.
- Web app — sign-in, upload, and export.
Incidents
When something breaks we will post what happened, what the impact was, and what we changed so it does not happen again — including the incidents that were our own fault.
